Payment Plans / Structure:

 

1.       Payment Plan

a.       $975 – Season Fee paid up front in full by Open House on August 9th

b.      $1075 – Season Fee paid up front in full by September 1st

 

2.       Payment Plan: Installments (4 payments)

a.       $300       due upon registration

b.      $300       due Oct 1st

c.       $300       due Nov 1st

d.      $300       due Dec 1st

2010-2011 season begins in September with an evaluation skate and draft and ends with March Madness Playoffs.  This program continues to be a recreational program based on fun and skill development.

  • Players will participate in one evening practice (Tuesday or Thursday) and one game (Saturday)
  • Players will receive a team jersey and socks. 

REGISTRATION

2. When you are re-directed to the registration page, click "I am an individual registering," and select which payment option you would like (Open House fee, September 1st fee, or 4 Payments) from the drop-down box.

3. The amount in parentheses is the amount due at this time. It does not represent the total fee for the program, which is listed above.

4. Please fill out all of the necessary information in the form including Parents Name.

5. If you are paying the Open House fee or the September 1st fee, please complete the form and click "Submit Registration." A confirmation email will be sent to you shortly.

6. If you would like the 4 Payment plan option, please fill out your credit card information under the Payment Information header, and you must check "I authorize A-Game Sportsplex to store my credit card information for future payments" or your registration will not be valid.  This must be checked to allow us to process the future payments automatically on the date they are due.

Refund Policy

All registrations are final and must be paid in full. Those families who decide to pay via the payment plan must continue to make monthly payments until the full season fee has been paid except for the following circumstances:

1. Injury to the player which prohibits participation

2. Family relocation to an outside district

2010-2011 Season

 

JULY / AUGUST

 

1.       Register for the 2010-11 Season with USA Hockey

a.       Visit www.usahockeyregistration.com

b.      Select  Ice Players & Coaches

c.       Season number (barcode receipt) will be immediately sent to you via e-mail

                                                     i.     This is your USA Hockey member number for the season which is required for registering with A-Game Hockey

                                                    ii.     Season number covers participation in USA Hockey programs/events Sep 1st – Aug 31st

 

2.       Pre-Tryout - Tryout Prep Clinics or Pre-Tryout Conditioning Sessions

a.       On-ice skates, off-ice training, clinics and camps -- useful in preparing for travel team tryouts

b.      Registration available online

 

3.       Tryouts - Travel (Tier II) AA and A Team Tryouts

a.       Competitive travel team tryouts are usually scheduled in August, sometimes as early as July

b.      Registration available online

 

4.       Registration

a.        Register with local association for either travel team (if selected), House League or Termite Season

                                                     i.     Registration available online, Usually includes initial payment of pay plan or full payment

                                                    ii.     Requires USA Hockey’s new season number

                                                  iii.     Requests are attempted but not guaranteed

c.       Pre-Season Evaluation Notes

                                                     i.     Attend all or as many pre-season sessions as possible

                                                    ii.     Consist of practice drills and/or scrimmage games

                                                  iii.     Player draft/Team selection takes place in coaches meeting after final pre-season session

d.      Team Rosters

                                                     i.     Team rosters and schedules are posted on the website

                                                    ii.     Coaches may contact team members via e-mail or phone
