Bikram Cool Springs, The Original Hot Yoga is located at A-Game Sportsplex and is Nashville/Middle Tennessee area’s first and only Bikram certified Hot Yoga studio.  The founder of Hot Yoga, Bikram Choudhury, personally approved this location in Cool Springs and gave permission to open the first Hot Yoga studio in Nashville that bears his name. We look forward to sharing our practice with you.
