Summer Skills Positional Training
June 1st-June 24th
These training sessions are designed specifically for the position or skill you want to learn. Classes taught will be OH/RH, Middle, Setter, DS/Libero, and Serving. The coaches instructing each session all have previous collegiate or professional experience playing that specific position. There is no prepregistration required. Sessions are $20 for each one hour positional session or you can purchase 6 sessions package for $100.

Sand 4’s Volleyball League
Monday & Wednesday
Starting June 2nd
This 4-on-4 sand volleyball league will run 4 weeks with a total of 7 days of match play. Matches will run every 45 minutes and will be 2 games of rally scoring to 21 pts. The last day will be tournament play. Previous volleyball experience is recommended for this league.

Youth Volleyball Morning Camps
Monday- Friday
June 7th-11th and June 21st-25th
9:00 A.M.-12:00 P.M.
This camp is designed for both beginners interested in learning the sport of volleyball and advanced players seeking to further develop their skills. Players will be grouped by ability and each day will focus on a different skill sets with the last day of camp devoted to tournament play. For players entering 3rd-8th grades.

Shut Up & Serve Volleyball Camp
June 15th-16th
9:00 A.M.-4:00 P.M.
Led by Youth Minister and Alliance VBC Coach Dave DeRocher, players will learn tips and techniques of the game developed from years of experience and coaching. Players will discover how to build their faith in Christ and gain a new perspective as they develop their skills. A one-hour lunch break will be given from 12:00 p.m.-1:00 p.m. The SUS camp is open for players entering 3rd-12th grades.

Camp Instructors include:
Arnie Ball enters his 30th season at the helm of the IPFW Men’s Volleyball team. With a resume that includes six trips to the NCAA Final Four, seven MIVA Championships and rosters dotted with All-Conference, All-American and U.S. Olympic team selection, Ball’s time in Fort Wayne has pushed IPFW to the forefront of collegiate men’s volleyball. His son Lloy Ball won the 2008 Olympic Gold medal in volleyball.
Jay Golsteyn is a two-time NCAA All-American (‘87 &’89). A former NCAA record holder for kills in a match (44), IPFW Male Athlete of the Year ’89, Player of the Year in ‘87 & 89. He is currently 2nd on the IPFW all-time kills list with 1,939 and the leader of career and season digs 816/288. Golsteyn was recently named to IPFW’s Hall of Fame in 2008. He also holds 2 USA J.O. National Titles Coaching Club.
Matt Denmark played on the National Team for USA in and he currently plays professionally for Unicaja ALMERIA in Spain. His team has won both the regular season as well as the Spanish Cup Championships. Matt is a World Class Middle and one of the top blockers in the world. He played collegiately at Ball State where he currently ranks 2nd All Time in Blocks and 3rd in Kill percentage. He was also an All-MIVA selection in 2001, 2002 and 2003.
Ryane Perrotte enters his 9th season as the assistant men’s volleyball coach at IPFW. “Rock” came to IPFW in 1995 and was the starting middle blocker for four years. As a senior in 1999, Perrotte led the Mastodons to a record of 23-4, a MIVA conference championship, and an appearance in the NCAA Final Four Championships. Rock currently holds the IPFW team record for hitting percentage in a match.
